Dash of Tabasco

Tomato sauce

Water (use tomato can)

Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Saute' all vegetables in butter until soft; add flour and seasonings- stir well- add water and tomato sauce and tomatoes.
  2. Cook to boiling.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes longer.
  4. Serve over rice.
