Fresh salmon, skinned and boned
Vegetable oil

Soy sauce

Fresh ginger

Black pepper

Chili powder

Minced garlic

Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Cover salmon with vegetable oil.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade.
  3. Marinade salmon overnight.
  4. Grill over mesquite until flaky.
